Our firm is seeking a full-time legal assistant/paralegal to join our energetic and rapidly growing personal injury law firm. The legal assistant/paralegal will be responsible following job duties:

• Review and compile documentation such as medical and billing records
• Draft demand letters
• Maintain accurate records of settlements and related details
• Manage incoming settlement offers
• Correspond with insurance adjusters
• Communicate with clients and address any questions they may have regarding the settlement process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
