Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Duties: - Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, or grinders - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications - Program machines using G-code or other programming languages - Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning - Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy - Make adjustments to machine settings as needed - Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes Qualifications: - Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role - Proficient in operating CNC machines, including lathe, mill, or grinder - Familiarity with programming languages such as Fanuc or G-code - Strong knowledge of basic math and measurements (e.g., calipers, micrometers) - Experience with electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a plus - Knowledge of plastics injection molding is preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities Join our team of skilled professionals and contribute to the production of high-quality parts.
