C&C Boiler Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a qualified Mechanical Superintendent to join our team. We specialize in power plant, heating, mechanical contracting, and industrial products including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers, and other boiler plant equipment for various applications. C&C Boiler provides new product sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Coordinate with branch operations and customers in scheduling service mechanics for all mechanical jobs.
• Supply mechanics with tools, parts, manuals, and required help to accomplish given tasks.
• Maintain vehicle & tool logs for each mechanic.
• Review all mechanic reports for additional work required and possible parts. Relay this information to the appropriate parties.
• Provide leadership with schedules for projects through the Technician Service Manager, Project Manager, and Service Coordinator.
• Promote and support QC requirements per the company’s QC Manual, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Mechanics and Warehouse Personnel.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant prior experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient use of technology, computers, and software including the Microsoft Office suite of products
• You must always demonstrate excellent customer service skills
