```Duties:```
- Provide clinical counseling and mental health services to individuals, families, and groups
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Conduct research and contribute to clinical studies in the field of behavioral health
- Participate in group therapy sessions and facilitate support groups

```Qualifications:```
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Social Worker
- Experience in clinical counseling and mental health services
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
