Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Present menus and explain daily specials to guests

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Enter orders into the POS system accurately

- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal

- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system

- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions

Skills:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred

- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and payment processing

- Familiarity with food preparation and culinary terminology is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
