```Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. No experience necessary, willing to teach and train on the job. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks and ensuring the overall maintenance and appearance of outdoor spaces. If you have a passion for working outdoors and enjoy creating beautiful landscapes, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants according to design plans
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Use hand tools to perform various landscaping tasks
- Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of power tools and mechanical equipment used in landscaping
- Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques
- Ability to perform tree trimming and tree care tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
