Our Team
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

• Experienced in various marketing and UG strategies such as influencer marketing, paid advertising, community operation (discord/reddit), referrals, EDM, social media operation and digital media partnerships
• Deep understanding and passion for the content industry and design / execute growth strategies based on local peculiarities, scope includes tracking viral content trends, managing content creators, developing content distribution strategy and launching content-related promotional activities
• Able to recruit and build strong relationships with local influencers, engage influencers in Capcut brand/feature/template promotion activities and incentivize influencers with reasonable settlement/payment mechanism
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Strong personal network with influencers and experience in Discord operation preferred.
• 2 years of product, strategy or operation experience with strong passion for AI or Creative Editing Tools
• Self-starter who can manage large cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with multi-project management and execution in a cross-functional environment
• Strong documentation, presentation, analytical and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
