Byrna Technologies is Hiring a Customer Success / Sales Operations Specialist - Houston, TX Near Pearland, TX
A highly motived and detail-oriented Law Enforcement & Private Security Customer Success / Sales Operations Specialist, assists the team supporting our distributor channels, ensuring smooth sales and customer success operations, coordinating our test & evaluation program (demonstration equipment sent to potential customers, and ensure their safe return), supporting our Law Enforcement training team, fielding customer inquiries, and helping the team stay organized. Key Responsibilities May Include
Coordinating the scheduling and logistics of key events (demos and trainings).
Assisting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks including Salesforce CRM entry and data hygiene.
Serving as a point of contact for distributor channels, addressing inquires, resolving issues, coordinating with other departments, and providing overall support.
Creating regular email newsletters for various customer audiences
Handling administrative duties for the LE team including scheduling client conferences and meetings.
Some travel may be required.
Flexible work schedule overtime will be required from time to time.
Necessary Qualifications
High School Grad (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
A desire for skill acquisition and professional growth
Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, and ERP Systems such as Netsuite
Graphic design / Content Creation experience is a plus
Prior experience with Law Enforcement / First Responders / Government agencies
Firearms / Less-lethal weapons experience is a plus
