Store Manager/General Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop & motivate team members
- Sales management
- Credit origination
- Customer service
- Branch compliance
Store Manager/General Manager Requirements:
- Related manager experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work some early evening & Saturday hours
- Good leadership & customer service skills
Store Manager/General Manager Work Hours:
- 45 – 48 hours per week
- 5-day work week schedule
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
