The Advisor is responsible for:

• Greeting incoming customers in a friendly and positive manner.
• Determine the reason for the customers visit through verbal communication and visual assessment of the vehicle.
• Address customers questions or concerns.
• Explain all service solutions to customers including detailed discussions of time and cost estimates.
• Update customers on the status of their vehicle service and repairs throughout the service visit.
• Input invoices and close out repairs
• Prepare detailed repair orders for each customer that fully addresses the customers vehicle concerns and reason for visit.
• Communicate with mechanics regarding the customers vehicle concerns and possible solutions.
• Prior customer service , parts or service experience, clerical experience preferred

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
