Sales Associate Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Sales related experience i.e retail sales
• Able to work the listed hours
• Good customer service & computer skills
• Able to pass background check

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Set appointments with customers
• Interact with customers
• Assist with loan processing
• Complete training plans
• Business development

Sales Associate Work Hours:

• No Sundays
• 5-day work week
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off, flexible.
• Store hours: 10-8 M , 10-6/Tu/Th, Wed, 10-8 Fr, 10-4 Sat
• SUMMARY

Sells vehicles within the guidelines of J.D. Byrider and is accountable for correctly implementing the J.D. Byrider program with every customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES in Key Result Areas include the following. Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service

• Understands how the J.D. Byrider and CNAC Finance operations work and is able to explain it to customers in everyday terms.
• Focuses on the customer by asking questions, listening, determining their needs.
• Treats each customer with courtesy and respect.

Operations

• Sets and achieves a daily and monthly number of sales prospects, phone calls and number of appointments.
• Uses J.D. Byrider sales tools to explain the program.
• Serves customers by selling them a dependable vehicle that confirms to their expressed needs and Budget.
• Observes all CNAC guidelines on every deal.
• Understands how to market the features and benefits of each vehicle.
• Uses J.D. Byrider sales procedures to obtain maximum down payment.
• Drives inventory daily. Advises management of any mechanical or cosmetic problems noticed.

Administration

• Knows and uses CNAC document procedures.
• Knows and uses computer procedures (applications, tracking).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

One year direct sales or customer service experience, typing or computer skills, valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
