Collections Specialist Responsibilities :
- Collections account management
- Assist with lending / credit origination
- Help ensure branch compliance
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
Hours for Collections Specialist :
- Full-time (40 hours)
- No Sundays
- Every other Saturday off
- Saturday shift is 8-5
- Weekday off when a Saturday is worked
- Some weekday shifts until 8 pm
Collections Specialist Requirements :
- Collections, sales, call center, finance, or related experience
- Good communication, computer & customer service skills
- Able to work the hours listed
- Able to pass a drug screen & background check
