Branch Finance Manager Rewards: 

• $56,000.00 base salary

Branch Finance Manager Responsibilities: 

• Hire, train, motivate & develop credit & collections team members
• Direct decisions on credit origination
• Manage delinquency & charge-off for the collections portfolio
• Analyze delinquency, charge-off, credit approval & overall collection reports to drive results
• Back up General Manager as needed
• Assist other operational areas as needed

Branch Finance Manager Requirements: 

• 2 consumer-related collections or credit origination
• Management experience preferred
• Ability to hire, train & motivate team members
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work some early evening & Saturday hours

Branch Finance Manager Industry Experience That Transfers Well: 

• Rent-to-own manager
• Title loan manager
• Payday loan manager
• Cash advance manager
• Sub-prime automotive collections manager
• Related sub-prime collections manager
• Consumer finance/banking

Branch Finance Manager Work Hours: 

• No Sundays
• 5-day work week schedule
• Work most Saturdays 9-4 with a weekday off
• 45 hours a week
