We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Vice President of Project Management to lead our project management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring that all industrial construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, providing guidance on complex projects.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple construction projects.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure project resources are efficiently utilized.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team on project status, risks, and achievements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the industrial construction sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Experience with ProCore, Monday.com, PAYCOM
- Ability to work with others
