Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems. 
• Assess roofs for damage, leaks, and structural issues, and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Measure, cut, and shape roofing materials to fit the required dimensions using hand and power tools.
• Apply waterproofing and weatherproofing materials to ensure the durability and longevity of the roof.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project details.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of previous shingle roofing experience. 
• Strong knowledge of different roofing systems and materials.
• Familiarity with roofing techniques, such as laying underlayment, flashing, and applying sealants.
• Ability to work at heights, demonstrating excellent balance and physical agility.
• Proficient in using roofing tools and equipment, including nail guns, hammers, and ladders.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety practices related to roofing.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Valid CA driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. No DUIs in the past 10 years.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• No illegal drug use - Pre-employment drug screen required upon hire.
