We are a boutique design studio manufacturing domestic women's apparel in DTLA Arts District. This position plays a pivotal role wearing many different hats, from production coordinator, creating production reports, managing contractors, to shipping, and customer service.

Knowing all aspects and step-by-step production coordination and garment construction is essential to perform and excel in this position. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with the owner/designer from concept to completion, hands-on product development, production, dye processes, wholesale & website sales, marketing and distribution, in our vertical facilities.

If you have extensive experience in apparel wholesale manufacturing, a self-starter to work independently, a team player, with attention to detail, multitasking, and can excel in a fast-paced garden/studio loft environment, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Order processing (charging & shipping) through Stamps.com, invoicing, and sales reports
• Production reports from order entry on excel and apparel industry software set-up
• Working knowledge of production, cut tickets, T.O.P.’s, costing, contract sewers, etc.
• Maintain wholesale and retail sales accounts, website (Shopify) listings and photoshoots
• Fabric and stock inventory management

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years experience in production manufacturing and customer service
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel & Admin Duties
• Working knowledge of apparel software systems production reports
• Excellent written & verbal skills. Spanish speaking is a plus!

Compensation

• TBD based on compensation commensurate with experience and references
• Starting at $25/hr - with great growth opportunity for successful applicant
