Overview

The Contractor shall establish and operate a Server Maintenance program. The Contractor shall provide systems administration, maintenance and support for all USCENTCOM networks, to include allied and Coalition networks. Operations and maintenance shall include servers, (physical and virtual), Storage Area Networks (SAN), software applications, firmware and network security.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, manage and integrate networked systems to provide robust and secure day-to-day, garrison network operations and administration of deployed USCENTCOM networks. 
• Maintain the servers and software applications.
• Provide network systems administration for the US CENTCOM and Allied/Coalition networks for in-garrison and deployable equipment.
• Maintain and administer network servers, software, hardware, firmware, and operating system software. Recommend upgrades to improve computer and network capabilities.
• Recommend required modifications to network equipment, software, and facilities to sustain peak network operations; and provide network(s) maintenance support and computer and network installations.
• Ensure operational status of user workstations and servers through establishment and maintenance of user accounts, profiles, print and disk services, data file services and Domain Name services.
• Provide aggressive network security management through direct support of Defensive Information Operations initiatives to include review of network security scans and intrusion detection reports and implementation of security fixes, upgrades and applications.
• Provide oversight and report to management on network security health and status.

Required Experience/Qualifications

• CompTIA Security
• Microsoft MCITP/MCSE Server 2012 or 2016

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

• VMWare VCP certification
• On the job experience with virtualized desktop client infrastructure delivery
• F5 BIG IP knowledge/certification
• EMC storage solutions (Avamar, Isilon)
• Previous experience configuring & maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, HBSS, or SCOM.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI
