BWW is Hiring a Phone Representative Near North Little Rock, AR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Phone Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills. As a Phone Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound and incoming sales calls.
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or issues
- Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8:30a.m.-3:30pm. Punctuality and time management is a must. Starting pay is $15 an hour paid weekly, with the potential to make more plus bonuses.
