• Ensure overall site cleanliness.
• Reinforce BlueWave uniform standards.
• Complete tasks assigned by Site Leader.
• Have knowledge of BlueWave products and assist in sales training of team members.
• Manage guest relations and membership information.
• Lead team by example and create team synergy.
• Mastery of all onsite job duties.

Requirements:

• Some leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• A positive attitude!
• Problem solver mentality.
• Basic information technology and computer skills.
• Some mechanical knowledge is preferred but a willingness to learn is a must.
