BWBR is searching for a Senior Marketing Coordinator who can help navigate the fast-paced world of project pursuits and other marketing activities. This person will be key to BWBR's success by helping increase our pipeline and drive project wins!

Working in a collaborative and equitable culture, a positive spirit, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well with firm leaders will be an asset to our ideal candidates as they execute multiple important priorities, balancing short-term deadlines with longer-term initiatives. Senior Marketing Coordinators are empowered to take ownership of each project from start to finish and keep everyone on the team accountable. Due to the nature of this position, this is a hybrid or in-person role.

Ideal candidates will utilize their aptitude for written and visual communications and creative energy to produce inspiring, authentic, and practical content in a clear, concise, confident, and compassionate voice. This role is expected to coordinate, design, write, edit, produce, and archive a variety of materials that convey the positive impact our work has on our clients and end users. An eye for detail and quality will be necessary to help shape proposals, presentations, and brochures, as well as other internal and external communication needs.

Responsibilities of the successful candidate include:

*Lead strategic approach and content to generate projects for the firm, including implementing proposal creation process and timeline for team members, including proposals and interviews

*Develop proposal documents for potential architectural projects, including content generation

*Coordinate with external consultants on project pursuits

*Collaborate closely with leadership to plan and produce content related to photography, digital creation, conference materials, and branded promotional items.

Ideal candidates will have the following knowledge skills, and abilities:

*Marketing/business development experience for professional services, especially in the architecture/engineering/construction field

*Possess excellent time management and organizational skills

*Strong attention to detail to ensure deliverables consistently meet highest quality standards and client expectations

*Dedication to effectively mentor a variety of staff, including giving and receiving constructive feedback

*Excellent writing skills

*Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and/or Adobe Acrobat, and online whiteboard and virtual team collaboration tools

*Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar Enterprise Resource Planning and/or CRM application
