ArrowStream is an innovative SaaS business and member of Buyers Edge Platform that's changing the way foodservice businesses optimize their supply chain. We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and an intellectually curious Account Manager. We are looking for passionate, innovative, and curious engineers to transform our platforms and keep ahead of the latest technology. Our technical team members are smart and quick, able to work in teams across our technology stack throughout the full product lifecycle and develop new features. Their work enables customers to succeed by helping them better manage their supply chains to drive efficiency and deliver value.

This position is ideally remotely based near Los Angeles, CA or Atlanta, GA but can also be fully remote with a starting base pay between $60,000-$68,000. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

Your impact:

• Monitor the support tool for new tickets submitted by customers or on behalf of customers
• Provide guidance and best practice methodology to customers using the system
• Update and create documentation for the support tool knowledge base to align with customer requests
• Recommend to each customer which tools should be used for specific purpose(s)
• Train customers on existing applications

About you:

• Prior experience troubleshooting questions and resolving issues
• Competency in working with Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• At least two years prior experience with the supply chain/technology industry
• Anticipated travel around 5%
