| POSITION Registered Nursing Instructional Coordinator

| GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 
The Registered Nursing Instructional Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of quality education that adheres to the standards of the established curriculum. S/He will employ effective teaching practices for adult students in online and in-person settings for both didactic and clinical instruction. 
 
The Registered Nursing Instructional Coordinator will also plan, schedule, and assign clinical experiences and assume responsibility for program recordkeeping. 
 
| QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to secure an Ohio Department of Education Adult Education permit in the area of AWE Health Occupations (070000);
• Master’s degree (Bachelor’s degree must be in nursing if master’s is not);
• Current Ohio licensure as a Registered Nurse;
• Minimum of two (2) years working as a registered nurse;
• Graduate of an approved, accredited registered nursing school;
• Work experience as required for the program or course assigned;
• Willingness and ability to work with students and staff as a team member
• Proficiency in email and Microsoft Office programs;
• Effective and demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, analytical, oral and written communication, and organizational skills;
• History of strong work record, including good job attendance; and
• Documented evidence of acceptable criminal record as required by Ohio law and Board Policy.

| SALARY Initial placement $76,384 - 83,464 driven by experience and education

| WORK SCHEDULE 230 days; 8 hours per day
