Butler Technology and Career Development School is Hiring a Delivery Driver Near Hamilton, OH
| LOCATION Fairfield Township Campus
| GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Delivery Driver will provide delivery services to all Butler Tech sites and ensures that staff receive their mail/packages in a safe and timely manner. On an as needed basis the Delivery Driver will transport students by van. This position also supports the Operations Department by performing classroom moves, contributing to inventory initiatives, and performing basic furniture assembly.
| QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Willingness and ability to obtain Van Driver certification to transport students;
- Willingness and ability to work as a team member;
- Effective and demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills;
- Ability to safely use hand tools;
- Valid drivers’ license and excellent driving record;
- Willing and able to safely operate a box truck and tow-behind trailer;
- History of strong work record, including good job attendance; and
- Documented evidence of acceptable criminal record as required by Ohio law and Board Policy.
| START DATE July 2024
| SALARY Based upon experience ($20.58 – 26.99/hr; $34,579 – 45,341/yr)
| BENEFITS Includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; tuition reimbursement; paid holidays; year-round pay and benefits
| WORK YEAR 210 days per year; 8 hours/day (additional hours offered during summer months as needed)
