  • Hours: 11:00 a.m. - job completion (quitting time will vary - average is 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm) Mon - Fri. 
  • Overtime potential: 1 - 3 hours per week

The Role
Friendly interaction with internal customers and co-workers daily, while being able to be physically active and mindfully busy. Provide a great customer experience from behind the scenes through accurate and efficient material processing, including but not limited to, the primary role of Order Fulfillment. The Details
Specific Responsibilities
  • Fill branch transfer and supply orders in an efficient and timely manner, place into designated bins.
  • As needed, Load outgoing trucks accurately and safely.
  • Know location of merchandise in warehouse.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse. Organize, sweep, etc. as needed.
  • As needed, put away incoming stock, organizing material on shelves by bin location.
  • Assist in material location and bin changes.
  • Perform daily cycle counts when required
  • Complete training and education requirements as directed.
  • Contribute to a positive, upbeat atmosphere by being friendly, respectful, cooperative and courteous
  • Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all safety rules. Report any unsafe conditions. 
  • Assist in the performance of year end physical inventories at various branch locations as assigned.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as needed, and/or requested.

  • Acceptable computer aptitude.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, walk; use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, reach or carry. 
  • Occasionally required climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 
  • Frequently required to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Regularly required to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to safely tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
  • Regularly required to talk and hear; read and identify numbers
  • Regularly required to apply sound reasoning and logic in performing daily tasks.
  • Required to be able to safely operate material handling equipment including a forklift, pallet jack, wire-cutting machine.
