Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing a team of employees. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Train and develop employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
