Butler Hospital researchers are seeking to hire a research therapist for National Institute of Health-funded projects related to preventing suicide and improving treatment adherence for patients following a psychiatric hospitalization.
Responsibilities include delivering research interventions, screening electronic medical records, writing clinical notes, utilizing electronic databases, preparing clinical reports, and providing outreach to patients with psychiatric disorders. Additional duties include working with a multidisciplinary team conducting research in a psychiatric hospital setting.
Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field required.
Experience with providing evidence-based interventions and/or working with psychiatric hospital patients desirable.
Schedule: To Be Discussed at time of Hire - Full TIme 40 hrs or Part Time 20 hrs. Monday-Friday
