BCRTA's Trainer position is responsible for the efficient and effective hands-on training of new and veteran vehicle operators or other staff members that are required to operate in revenue service. The Trainer will be a key position for the delivery of new hire and refresher or remedial training. In addition, the trainer will assist in organizing training events and coordinating all associated record keeping needs.

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Trainer will perform a variety of hands-on training activities with new and veteran vehicle operators. The Trainer will be a key position for the delivery of new hire and refresher or remedial training. In addition, the trainer will assist in organizing training events and coordinating all associated record keeping needs. We have a full-time and part-time position available. Part-time candidates must be available for personal training in a full-time capacity up to six weeks.
