Position: Principal, South Elementary
5460 Bibury Road, Fairfield, OH 45014
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Ohio administrative certificate or license. Shall hold at least a Master's degree. This person assumes responsiblity for the organization, administration and supervision of all programs and personnel within the building. Must demonstrate leadership skills such that the principal's role is a positive force in the on-going educational program and life of the school. Must possess demonostrted leadership ability, strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, and strong instructional knowledge. Must have strong knowledge of staff development, student assessment, and instructional improvement. Prefer candidate to have successful teaching/administrative experience at the elementary level. Position works 213 days.
Employment Contract: 213 Days
Compensation: $65,000 - $125, 000
Position Start Date: July 1, 2024
