Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Specialist to join our team. As a Youth Specialist, you will be responsible for working directly with teenagers in the foster care system to assess needs, coordinate services, and provide resources and education. Your role will involve promoting positive behaviors, assisting with gaining life skills, completing education programs, and vocational training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• At least 1 Year Experience in Social Services or related field
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Build positive relationships with adolescents.
• Excellent time management skills-must be able to balance competing priorities.
• Ability to Maintain Excellent Organization
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to mentor and provide guidance to youth.
