Butler Aerospace & Defense is seeking a self-motivated and passionate student looking to gain sales, marketing, graphic design and business development experience through a hands-on6 monthinternship, beginning immediately!
This position is a hybrid position and REQUIRES the intern to be on-site in our Arlington, TX office multiple days per week.

Pay: $18-20/hour

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis, complete market research, review and analyze market data and trends to identify sales opportunities
• Monitor sales and the performance of the sales team
• Record sales trends and liaise with account managers to develop sales strategies
• Analyze and report the effectiveness of marketing strategies
• Help identify needed improvements in sales and operations practices
• Elaborate and propose content for Butler Aerospace & Defense's LinkedIn webpage with the goal of increasing brand awareness the A&D industry

Required Skills/Abilities:

• MUST be local to Arlington and able to work onsite multiple days per week for 6 months!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of the Aerospace and Defense industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to work with customers and team members
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Required education and experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Strategy
