At Butchertown Hall, the General Manager oversees all operations in the restaurant. This individual shapes a restaurant-goer’s experience by maintaining the dining room’s appearance, hiring and training quality staff, and ensuring good customer service.
The General Manager is responsible for understanding, discussing and educating staff on all menu items, allergies associated (if applicable) while also presenting an approachable and elevated experience by followingAmaranth Hospitality Service Standards. The General Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of service and guest satisfaction. Also, collaborates with other team members and completes pre-service training andpost-service duty delegation, and being attentive during service to support additional team members and guest requests.
A successful GENERAL Manager maintains a positive and influential attitude, is detail oriented, process driven and flexible while working under pressure to ensure seamless communication is maintained through the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff.
BUTCHERTOWN HALL located in GERMANTOWN is OPERATED byTERRY RALEYworking with CHEF DAVE HARRIS whose menu focuses on local FRESH seafood with emphasis on SMOKED and wood-fired cuisine. We make everything in house using only the best and freshest local ingredients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience in a full-service, HIGH volume environment.
