```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with their purchases and answer any product-related questions
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Upsell products and promote special offers to customers
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions

```Experience:```
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, etc.
- Experience in technology sales is an advantage
