Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing plants, flowers, and gardening supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on gardening techniques and plant care
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels of plants, flowers, and gardening supplies
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Assist with e-commerce sales, including online order fulfillment and shipping
- Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and cash register operations
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to lift heavy objects, such as bags of soil or potted plants
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
