Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate sales. You will work closely with our marketing team to optimize campaigns and build strong relationships with affiliates. Duties: - Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales - Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand our affiliate network - Manage relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources and support - Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness - Optimize affiliate campaigns through A/B testing, tracking, and analysis - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing - Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing goals - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth - Utilize SEM, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and other tools to track and measure campaign performance - Oversee social media management related to affiliate marketing efforts Requirements: - Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing principles and best practices - Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Familiarity with SEM, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick, and other relevant tools - Excellent research skills to identify market trends and opportunities - Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with affiliates - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
