Our Client Services Representatives are trained to meet businesses with the appropriate strategy for their goals to strengthen their product messaging and help expedite their customer acquisition process.

Internally, we have found putting an emphasis on the growth and development of our Client Services Representatives has spurred not only the innovative nature of problem-solving but an exponential increase internally for the organic growth from the entry-level to a leadership role. We are in search of someone who can be self-motivated to learn, improve, and truly become a partner to our consumer base and our clients. Responsibilities of a Client Services Representative:

  • Work directly with consumers daily to provide any pertinent information regarding enrollment requests, service upgrades, contract renewals, and answer questions effectively to ensure the high customer acquisition and retention rate of our clients
  • Develop an unparalleled knowledge of all our clients’ products and services to better educate consumers, answer questions, and provide effective solutions to unique and individualized problems
  • Collaborate with other Client Services Representatives to better strategize for the overall success of the team and the client profit margins
  • Understand and interpret customer needs with the ability to apply information taught from other Client Services Representatives to personalize specific product packages
  • Support other entry-level sales professionals to help identify additional areas of opportunity for our clientele, to boost the customer pipeline, while maintaining a sincere and compassionate demeanor
  • Communicate cross-functionally with upper management and the compliance team to ensure the proper protocols are maintained when working with consumers and our high-valued clients

Requirements of a Client Services Representative:

  • 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Sales type role, hospitality, retail sales, or related industry experience preferred
  • A natural competitor that works well in a team environment driven by goals
  • The ability to communicate in an empathetic and professional manner with clients, customers, and other entry-level associates
  • Possession of a solution-oriented mindset and is quick to adapt to changes in consumer and business needs
  • Maintain a great attitude and infectious positivity in a people-focused industry, especially faced with challenges from our customers and specific targets to meet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
