Our company is growing and is lookingfor an Experienced Custodial Supervisor with advanced supervisory, teambuilding, and customer service skills. Oversees cleaning operations to establish and implementoperational standards and procedures for the janitorial department.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible forthe overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of custodians
• Monitor andassist day-to- day work
• Assign workduties, inspect work, and investigate customer complaints regarding janitorialservices and take corrective action
• Monitor theteam attendance and report absences to MOD
• Train new custodiansand ensure task are completed
• Monitor custodians'productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Maintain supply and equipment closet clean,organize and safe manner
• Track equipmentand cleaning supply inventory (including arranging maintenance and repair ofvacuum cleaners)
• Maintain thegeneral cleanliness of the building premises/adhere to cleaning schedule
• Interact withcustomers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs
• Schedule andcreate other routine maintenance duties as assigned (such as deep cleaningprojects: removal carpet stains, clean interior windows, deep cleaning offices,etc.)
• Supervising andevaluating the work of others
• Ensurecustodians are using safety protection when handling chemicals
• Submit requestsfor facility repairs to the QR code for facility maintenance team
• Adhere to airportsafety procedures and regulations
• Implement andenforced company policies and procedures for the janitorial department
• Maintainconstant communication with CSR/FLA assistant managers and Customer ExperienceManager (CEM).
• Attend meetingsscheduled by CSR/FLA assistant managers and CEM

Qualification Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2 years'experience as custodian, janitor, housekeeper
• 3 years of facilitiesmanagement in the janitorial industry
• Ability to workeffectively with a team
• Experiencemanaging direct reports, creating work schedule, and leading a team
• Communicationskills (phone, email, in-person, radio)
• Strong problemsolving
• Strongattention to detailed and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to workeffectively with a team
• Must have theability to clearly communicate with customers
• Must beBilingual
• Must beavailable to work weekends and holidays

Certification, Licenses, and badging:

• Valid Driver's License is required with clean driving record
• Ability toobtain a Dallas Love Field Security Badge
