Business Integra is Hiring a Registered Nurse, Emergency Department Near Burns, OR

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong medical background.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans, treatments, and procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems like Athenahealth
- Perform IV infusions, diagnostic evaluations, and other medical procedures as required
- Specialize in areas such as Hospice Palliative Medicine, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), or other relevant fields

Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Prior experience in dialysis, infant care, or PICU is a plus
- Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and diagnostic evaluation
- Strong anatomy knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff
