We're directly responsible for handling asset protection and Insurance benefit options for Local, regional, and various organizations from Police departments, School boards of education officials, and Multiple Government agencies at the local and state level. We also use social media to market our firm with a very an overwhelming response.

Compensation:

$55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
  • Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
  • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
  • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
Qualifications:
  • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired
  • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
  • Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
  • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred
