Accountabilities:

• Design and produce Busch’s graphic material while enhancing the overall Busch’s brand.

• Develop image, product and promotional advertising to support Busch’s marketing efforts including print, web and digital formats.

• Design and coordinate production of corporate graphic design needs, community ads and direct mail pieces.

• Design and oversee development of in store image materials such as bag design, product packaging, stickers and labels, name tags, and product line

branding.

• Design and coordinate production of in store signage; including full-color signs, laminated signs, event specific signs and weekly and monthly design

jobs.

• Assist with design and content development of Busch’s website.

• File prep, proofing & overseeing production of jobs with a variety of outside producers.

• Research current technologies, media and supply sources.

• Upgrade and implement new graphic interpretation of Busch’s internal and external marketing communications.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by completing educational opportunities, reviewing professional publications and websites,

benchmarking state of the art practices and networking.

• Demonstrate behaviors that will win guests for life.

• Demonstrate personal accountability for meeting expectations, goals, and quality of work.

• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner and use constructive feedback to make improvements.

• Work together as one team by recognizing accomplishments, demonstrating respect and appreciation, and actively helping others.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or related area.

• 5-7 years’ experience in graphic design.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe PhotoshopCS, Adobe InDesignCS, Adobe DreamweaverCS, Zip software and cloud-based file sharing.

• Proficient design skills to design and draw with various media.

• Proficient organization and planning skills, especially to manage multiple deadlines and projects.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.

• Proficient computer skills in excel, word and email. Able to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology as well as project

management software.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

• High degree of ability in proofreading and attention to detail. Copywriting a plus.

• Able to use a digital camera/related software.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Proficient math skills.
• Able to learn and use a variety of proprietary applications and technology.
• Proficient engagement skills to make decisions and solve problems to improve the guest’s experience
• Proficient product identification skills to ensure accuracy of prices charged.
