The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for assisting the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Customer Service Supervisor (CSS). The CSA handles all scheduling/shipping of LTL/air shipments, and entering frt, invoicing, reports from LN, filing, maintenance of copier/fax, final authorization of credit cards, processes RGA"s and credits and other CS office duties.

Education: Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school): Preferred
Experience: 1 plus years of experience in a similar role
Computer Skills: Computer literate with specific experience in Microsoft Office products

Other Requirements: Working knowledge of business English, spelling, and arithmetic: office practices and procedures; departmental rules and regulations. Ability to maintain established records and files. Working knowledge of export/shipping and the preparation of related documents.
