Busch Products is Hiring a Lead Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technician Near Syracuse, NY

Employee-Owned Premier Countertop Company looking for an experienced Lead Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Technician. This position requires knowledge of computer-aided design software and leading a small team of Draftsmen.

Job Requirements

Strong CAD drafting and drawing skills
Drawing and programming files, as well as overseeing staff and their work.
Strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance standards with the Draftsmen team.
Analytical, problem-solving, and mathematics skills for creating and reviewing CAD drawings.
Quality training and oversight for the Draftsmen team to ensure design standards.
Accountability to meet company goals and design standards.

Qualifications:

Certification / A.A.S. or higher in Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
At least 5 to 7 years of CAD experience, preferably in a manufacturing or remodeling industry
At least 3 to 5 years of Management experience

This position requires the manager to be site to lead their team.
