POSITION SUMMARY
The Facility Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.). Maintains operating supplies to enable to completion of a monthly Preventative Maintenance program.

Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Associate’s Degree (two-year college or technical school): Preferred
Field of Study: Building Maintenance Technology
Experience:
2 plus years’ experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment: Required
2 plus years’ experience with HVAC: Preferred
2 plus years. Experience driving a Forklift: Preferred
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Preferred
Certifications & Licenses:
HVAC: Preferred
Valid Drivers’ License must be maintained throughout employment that meets Busch insurance standard
Other Requirements:
Travel less than 5% for training purposes Domestically.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Climate controlled office and factory environment with moderate noise levels. Working at heights above 20 feet in an articulating lift. Can get dirty from dust, oil and grease from items on equipment needing repair.
