WHO WE ARE We are currently seeking someone with high integrity and work ethic to join our growing team. We pay 60% of your medical insurance premiums and youll have the option to purchase vision, dental and supplemental insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accurately and efficiently install top of the line heating and air equipment
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
  • Become an expert in the HVAC industry.
  • Be coachable while striving for continuous improvement.
  • Have the opportunity to grow within our organization
  • Some overnight travel required (training, conferences, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
  • Outgoing personality! Commitment to excellence!
  • History of strong work ethic, professional achievement, and company loyalty
  • HVAC or mechanical experience - not required - well train the right person!
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high levels of honesty, integrity, and compassion at all times
