```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cashier to join our team. As a experienced cashier, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash register operations and providing exceptional customer service. If you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
- Train and mentor new cashiers on proper procedures and customer service skills
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Skills:
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a cashier or lead cashier role
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling various payment methods
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of technology products and ability to assist customers with tech-related inquiries is desirable
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products or services

- Familiarity with phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries

- Strong knowledge in Kpop and K beauty is a plus.

- Stocking experience and familiarity in FIFO is a plus.

Language: English (Spanish and Korean is a plus)
