The Electronic Technician will be responsible to carry out the decontamination of technical equipment (electronics, electro-mechanical equipment, etc...), affected by a variety of contaminants (most often fire or water damage). The Electronics and Machinery Technician role is an integral part of the company's operations. This person performs detailed assembly and disassembly of various electronic and electro-mechanical equipment and utilizes specialty chemical and mechanical processes to remove unwanted contaminants from these items. They will be working with a team of multi-disciplined technicians from a variety of cultural backgrounds. It is the Electronic Technician's responsibility to perform their decontamination duties, being conscious of their welfare, and ensure that company quality and safety procedures are being adhered to, and that all items of equipment are inspected prior to returning to the client.
