Burton Carol Management is Hiring a Groundskeeper Needed Near Saint Petersburg, FL
Work at a beautiful waterfront location! Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, with an hour lunch.
Grounds/porter responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1.) Cleaning buildings and common areas
2.) Painting, carpentry and landscaping.
3.) Light maintenance and irrigation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1.) Attention to detail.
2.) Strong organizational skills.
3.) Good judgment.
4.) Communication skills.
5.) Excellent follow-up.
6.) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable and self-motivated.
