Job Responsibilities

• Receiving transfers to stores
• Receive inventory
• Ordering tires from distributors and other warehouses per priority
• Computer skills,
• Answer phones and provide excellent over-the-phone customer service.
• Work with customers and stores over the phone to provide options and information regarding many different tire manufacturers, models, and sizes, ensuring they get the right tire order from the correct channel.

• Prior experience with the TCS point-of-sale system is helpful but not required
• Tire knowledge

• Able to work Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
