An ADP Client, Bursor & Fisher P.A. is actively seeking a Systems/Network Administrator to join their team in Miami, FL.

About Bursor & Fisher:

Founded in 2010, Bursor & Fisher, P.A. is a boutique civil litigation firm with offices in Florida, New York, and California. The lawyers in their firm specialize in class action litigation on behalf of consumers, providing the highest caliber representation to their clients and the classes we represent. The lawyers at their firm have an active civil trial practice, having won multi-million-dollar verdicts or recoveries in six of six class action jury trials since 2008.

About the Role :

Bursor & Fisher P.A. is looking for a Systems/Network Administrator become an integral part of their team in their Miami office. This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including administrative account management, onboarding IT processes, network troubleshooting, hardware setup, and providing IT support for their various office locations. The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in new office relocations and larger IT projects. This position will report to an on-site supervisor and CTO. This is an in-office position in Bursor & Fisher's Brickell office, located just steps from Brickell City Center.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Serve as an IT generalist with comprehensive knowledge.

· Provide on-site and remote IT support, resolving issues promptly.

· Build and maintain internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

· Design, implement, and manage complex IT systems for optimal performance.

· Oversee user admin accounts, ensuring proper access levels and security.

· Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain server infrastructure.

· Manage G-Suite/Google Workspace, including creating new users and updating lists.

· Install and configure software applications, ensuring up-to-date licenses.

· Manage website content and domain hosting, conducting record imports and exports.

· Implement patch and software update automation processes.

· Monitor system health and performance for uninterrupted service.

· Manage and optimize network infrastructure for high availability and security.

· Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly, including infrastructure setup.

· Collaborate in onboarding for smooth integration and secure offboarding.

· Create and organize stock lists, manage inventory, and handle warranties.

· Order new supplies and ensure property agreements are in place.

· Actively participate in office relocations, overseeing network setup.

· Participate in meetings related to office expansion and relocation.

· Enforce security policies, conduct audits, and manage security solutions.

· Configure and maintain email security protocols.

· Ensure compliance with HIPAA, and data protection standards.

· Establish and maintain backup procedures for data integrity.

· Provide emergency response for outages, security threats, and priority e-level tickets.

Ideal Candidate:

· Legally eligible to work in the US

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

· Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Detail-oriented, professional, self-motivated, and proactive.

· Ability to work independently and autonomously.

· Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

· Availability for travel to other locations for IT projects.

· Available and willing to work overtime as needed.

· BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

· Professional certification (e.g., MCSA) is a plus.

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a System or Network Administrator in a high-availability environment.

· Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and related infrastructure (storage, virtualization, backups).

· Familiarity with internet services (FTP, HTTP, SMTP, DHCP, DNS).

· Experience with programming languages, operating systems, and enterprise backup and recovery procedures.

· Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, AD, SQL, IIS) and cloud computing, specifically Microsoft Azure.

· Expertise in analyzing and repairing large-scale distributed systems.

· Project management skills for overseeing IT-related projects.

· Ability to develop and implement IT processes is preferred.
