We are looking for a Cleaner Floater to take care of our facility and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. We have several positions available. The position requires medical facility, retail, and office janitorial experience. Part-time position. Must be able to travel to locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to locations needing staffing to perform customer specific duties.
• Perform a route at times as needed per management directives.
• Assist management with staffing needs and supporting other custodians to fill shifts
• Must be available to fill in for same day call outs
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Maintain inventory of consumables, supplies, and chemicals
• Maintain equipment to ensure in proper working condition and cleanliness of the equipment
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Medical office cleaning experience for some positions
• Ability to read chemical labels and mix solutions properly
• Detail cleaning experience
• Must have own and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow a scope and task list
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity
• High school degree
