Licensed Clinical Therapist - Outpatient ServicesKansas City / Independence, Missouri
**$3000 Sign-On Bonus**
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Licensed Clinical Therapist provides ongoing individual and group counseling to assigned populations and also provides group education as requested to provide quality care to individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. The Licensed Clinical Therapist may also provide crisis intervention, case management, treatment planning and reviews and psycho-social assessments.
JOB DUTIES
- Provides therapy to assigned caseload of clients. Therapy services may include: case management individual, family and group services assigned.
- Appropriately documents all clinical/program activities according to quality standards.
- Conducts treatment planning and treatment plan reviews for assigned clients in a clinically appropriate and timely fashion as determined by program requirements.
- Participates in multidisciplinary team meetings in order to coordinate service delivery to clients.
- Coordinates and monitors group counseling and group education activities on behalf of program participants as assigned.
- Must have a Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
- Current Missouri License as: PLPC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW
- PhD
- PsyD
